Terms of Service

These terms define how Mapageweb provides digital systems services to SMB clients.

1. Scope

Mapageweb provides digital services including websites, automation, AI integrations, and related consulting for SMBs.

2. Proposals and payments

Project scope, pricing, and timelines are defined in written proposals or statements of work. Payment terms are specified in each agreement.

3. Launch guarantee conditions

When explicitly included in your signed proposal, the 7-day launch guarantee applies after all required assets and approvals are received. If Mapageweb misses the committed launch deadline for reasons under its control, a credit of $100 CAD per day of delay is applied as defined in the agreement.

4. Client responsibilities

Clients provide accurate information, timely feedback, required access, and lawful content needed to complete the engagement.

5. Intellectual property

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, final deliverables transfer to the client after full payment. Mapageweb retains pre-existing frameworks, tools, templates, and know-how.

6. Third-party platforms

Services may involve third-party tools (hosting, CRM, automation, AI APIs). Their availability and policies are outside Mapageweb control.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mapageweb is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate according to the contract terms. Fees for completed work and committed costs remain payable.

9. Governing law

Unless stated otherwise in a signed agreement, these terms are governed by the laws applicable in Quebec, Canada.
