Privacy Policy
Mapageweb provides digital infrastructure services for SMEs. This policy explains the personal information used when you visit the public site, submit a request, use the assistant or access a protected private workspace.

1. Information we collect
When you submit a contact or diagnosis form, we collect the information you provide, including your name, email, company and operational context. The submission may also include the page address and title, language, time zone and request IP address. Assistant messages are collected only after you choose to send them.
2. How we use your information
We use this information to respond to requests, prepare a diagnosis, provide and improve services, protect the website and maintain required business records. Form consent authorizes contact about that request; it does not subscribe you to marketing.
3. Service providers and data sharing
We do not sell personal information. Vercel hosts the site. Contact and diagnosis requests are stored server-to-server in HubSpot after submission. Once stored, Resend may deliver an internal notification to Mapageweb. Visitor-initiated assistant messages are processed through OpenAI. Providers process information only for the stated service.
4. Data retention
We retain data only as long as required for service delivery, compliance, and legitimate business purposes.
5. Cookies, storage and tracking
The current public site does not load optional analytics, advertising, profiling or session-replay services and does not set tracking cookies. Strictly necessary cookies may be used to protect private proposal or client workspaces. If optional tracking is introduced, it must remain disabled until a visitor makes a consent choice.
6. International access
Mapageweb serves clients in multiple regions. Your information may be processed in Canada, the United States, or other jurisdictions used by our providers.
